Independent Luxury Travel Advisor

Blissful Travel Company is a full-service luxury travel agency based in Henderson, Nevada, serving clients nationwide. We specialize in luxury cruises and bespoke travel experiences around the world, and we're growing. We're looking for independent travel advisors who want the freedom of running their own business with the backing of an established agency behind them.

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to connect with experienced travel advisors, especially those who already have a book of business or an established clientele. If you're newer to travel but have a strong sales background, a network to build from, and the drive to hit your goals, we want to hear from you too.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow your own client base, consulting with travelers to understand their goals, budget, and travel style

• Design and book luxury cruises, tours, hotels, air, transfers, insurance, and custom itineraries

• Guide clients through the details: documents, destination information, entry requirements, and local customs

• Support clients before, during, and after travel, and resolve issues when they come up

• Market your services and promote travel packages to your network

• Build relationships with cruise lines, tour operators, and suppliers

• Stay current on destinations, products, and industry trends through supplier training, webinars, and events

• Keep accurate client files and booking records

What You Bring

• Travel industry experience preferred; an existing book of business is a big plus

• A sales and goal-driven mindset, comfortable earning on commission

• A self-starter who can work independently and manage your own schedule

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfort with technology and booking systems (or willingness to learn)

• Personal travel experience is a definite advantage

• Additional languages are a plus

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. Your earnings grow with your business, and commission splits are based on experience and sales volume.
